What does 'Concierge Service' cover?

Concierge Service is the easy way to get minor updates made to your site every month. This service covers changes and modifications to existing content that take less than one hour to perform. An example of covered changes are; swapping one photo for another, changing product prices or description, editing HTML or CSS.  All change requests will be handled in 24 hours or less from the time of request, except for requests made on Friday, for which the 24 hours timer starts on Monday morning, 9:00 am.


Concierge Service does not cover new content creation or custom programming. PHP, custom graphics, image manipulation and javascript development is available at a reasonable hourly rate.
